007 Legends targets 5m cinema-goers

A new James Bond film is not the spy’s only adventure this month.

Skyfall arrives on October 26th, but Activision is determined to remind everyone that the spin-off 007 Legends game hits PS3, 360 and PC too on October 19th. A Wii U version of the game is also on the way further down the line.

A massive five-week cinema campaign will reach out to movie-goers, with trailers for 007 Legends screening ahead of movies like Ben Affleck spy thriller Argo and, naturally, the upcoming Bond flick itself.

The publisher expects the trailer to be seen by more than 5m people across the five weeks.

Activision is also working closely with Bond licensees such as Sony Mobile and Omega to promote 007 Legends around Skyfall, as well as teaming up with the official 007 website.
