As part of Channel 4 Education’s unveiling a raft of new game projects today, the broadcaster also confirmed it has signed up Paulina Bozek’s Inensu studio.
Inensu, formed earlier this year, is working on Closet Swap, community website and associated smartphone app designed to encourage young users to think ethically about their wardrobe, and to swap – and ‘upcycle’, and share – their clothes with their friends.
Closet Swap is aimed at girls aged over 14 and arrives next year.
Today C4 Education outlined its game project slate, and confirmed it had been granted an extra £1m to invest in projects that reach 10 to 14-year-olds.
C4 Education, led by commissioning editor Alice Taylor, has been funding a mix of innovative and forward-thinking projects that run outside of C4’s TV strand and look to reach young users through mediums like games and the web.
