Countdown to the Develop Awards begins

The Develop Awards take place on Wednesday July 25th, and we’ve got the lowdown on the event which rewards the work done in the creative, technical and business fields of the games development sector.

Over 400 industry professionals will be attending the event, which takes place at the Hilton Metropole Hotel in Brighton alongside the Develop conference and expo.

Last year’s event proved to be the biggest ever, with over 110 different companies attending on the night to see who would win each of the highly-coveted 18 awards, which are voted for by a panel of almost 100 development professionals.

With lobbying now closed, the Develop team is currently finalising the shortlist for each award with the finalists in each of the categories listed below to be announced on June 8th.
