Counter Logic gaming setting up an NA Challenger Series team for 2017

North American organisation Counter Logic Gaming has announced that it plans to field a team in the North American Challenger Series in 2017.

This new team will sit alongside it’s championship winning LCS team, and most likely act in a similar way to those of Cloud9 and Team Liquid. New talent will most likely be used, with players being subbed into the main squad if needed.

The new team was announced by CLG coach Tony "Zikzlol" Gray on Twitter, following a job posting on the CLG site for a new LoL coach.

“Happy to finally say we’ll be making an NACS team to grow talent,” read Zikzlol’s tweet. “If you are a coach that can build rookies up, please apply! #CLGNACS”

It would appear that the organisation currently has no players on board to play in its CS squad, with the new coach being heavily involved with building the team. The full job posting can be seen right here if you think you are up for it, but be warned that you need to be able to “develop players mentally, physically, and spiritually.” I don’t know about you, but I don’t even know what developing players spiritually means, let alone how to do it.
