Lead 3D artist – Payload Studios

Payload Studios is an award-winning startup developer, seeking an experienced Senior/Lead Artist to lead on our groundbreaking, original game TerraTech. This role offers a unique chance to take creative ownership of an exciting new IP and play a big part in a small team.
Payload is a small, independent team, founded in 2013 by veteran developers and based in Hammersmith. Our debut title TerraTech is a unique, physics-based vehicle building and exploration sandbox, Kickstarted in August 2014 and winner of TIGA’s ‘Best New IP’ Award. Currently in open Beta, the game already has an active community and is coming to Steam this quarter.
With >1,000 followers of our daily twitch streams, >100,000 downloads of our demo and 50 new fan-made YouTube videos appearing every week, 2015 is a big year for us, in which we aim to follow a successful Steam launch with console versions and major new content and features.
We are looking for passionate and highly motivated professionals, with strong industry experience, who can set out and follow a clear vision, with first-class execution quality. We offer good market rates with an equity stake in the company, but more importantly the chance to take creative ownership of something original, within a tight and fully independent team.
