Programme kicks off on January 30th, 2017, based in Google’s San Francisco developer space

Google Launchpad Accelerator application opens for Brazil, India, Indonesia and Mexico

Studios and start-ups based in key growing markets are being given the chance to receive support and mentoring from Google.

The firm is now accepting applications from late-stage app start-ups based in Brazil, India, Indonesia and Mexico that wish to take part in its Launchpad Accelerator. More countries will be added to the programme in future.

The programme is equity-free and begins on January 30th, 2017. It will be based in the Google Developers Launchpad Space in San Francisco and includes two weeks of all-expenses-paid training.

Successful applicants will have access to mentors from around the world, as well as six months’ worth of Google’s expertise and resources.

Full details on what the company is looking for can be found at Google’s developer blog – while it may not mention anything specific to video games, past participants have included studios working on games products.

You can find the application form here. The deadline for applications is October 24th.
