Last four seats left at Thursday night’s Games Media Awards

We’ve booked the host. The room. The food. The drink. And we’ve done the table plan. But there are four tickets left for the Games Media Awards.

This Thursday night the winners of the journalist-voted Games Media Awards will be announced, and there’s a few places left for games industry professionals wanting to come.

With 200 press in the room – from a mix of mainstream media, national press, TV and radio and specialist outlets – it’s the perfect place to meet the UK’s top games writers and editors.

Attendees range from the likes of the BBC, The Guardian, New Statesman, Shortlist, CVG, Eurogamer, The Huffington Post to FIFA Soccer Blog, Gamesreactor, The Average Gamer and many, many more.

Trade tickets are available at 150 each – contact Kathryn.Humphrey@intentmedia.co.uk to book your place at the event now or call her directly on 01992 535 646.

The October 10th event returns to Vinopolis in London, and this year the GMAs will be hosted by a five-man comedy troupe, The Noise Next Door.

50 writers and 60 different media outlets have been shortlisted for this year’s Games Media Awards, with prizes including the Games Writer of the Year and the brand new Games Media Academy, recognising up and coming writers.

The year’s event is supported by Gold Partners Nintendo 3DS, Xbox, PlayStation, Battlefield 4, NCsoft and Watch Dogs; Drinks Reception sponsor Deep Silver; Top Tweeter award partner Green Man Gaming; Games Writer of the Year award partner Sega; Rising Star award partner Disney Infinity; and event partner Gamescom.
