Microsoft invites indies to training classes

Microsoft is running a series of events to connect with independent developers at the communal office space Modern Jago.

The software maker will be hosting primer classes for its Windows 8 operating system, showing developers how to get the most of out of its new interface and tools.

There will also be app clinics and tutorials from Microsoft experts.

Modern Jago’s Head Space, in Shoreditch, London, is a freely available co-working space for creatives to build and collaborate in a fresh environment every Monday and Tuesday.

Teams or individuals can book up to four slots a day for free.
