Multiple EA execs sell off company shares

A trio of EA’s top executives have sold off either all or a significant portion of their company shares, according to new SEC filings from the firm.

GameSpot highlights the filing, which states executive vice president Patrick Soderlund and general counsel Stephen Bene have sold off all of their stock in EA. Soderlund sold 36,133 shares for more than $1.2m, while Bene sold his remaining 7,771 shares for more than $259k.

The report adds COO Peter Moore cashed out nearly half of his shares as well – 100,000 shares totaling $3.4m. Moore still owns 108,691 shares in the company.

Prior to EA’s current CEO Andrew Wilson appointment, the then executive vice president and Bene sold a combined total of 57,085 company shares in May 2013.
