Outright partners with Cartoon Network for Adventure Time and Ben 10 games

Oh my glob! Publisher Outright Games has announced that it is to release games based on Adventure Time and Ben 10 after signing a partnership with Cartoon Network.

Few specifics are known about the games. The Adventure Time outing appears to be a mystery game of some sort, and the Ben 10 title some sort of action adventure outing.

The titles will be released on console and PC. Ben 10 is due first in Q4 2017 and then Adventure Time in early 2018.

"We’re very pleased to announce our partnership with Cartoon Network with Adventure Time and Ben 10, which we believe will be the first of many quality titles coming soon from us,” Outright Games CEO Terry Malham said.

We’re a family business with a passion for creating fantastic family entertainment, and we know our collaboration with Cartoon Network, combined with our expertise and ability to make great games will mean we can bring fun brands we love to gamers around the world."

Both brands have already been the subject of plenty of video game attention.

Adventure Time has seen several titles release across Nintendo handhelds and consoles, and is also very successful on iOS and Android. There’s has even been two VR games, while Finn and Jake have appeared as premium content in a host of titles including LittleBigPlanet 3, LEGO Dimensions and, just this week, Minecraft.

Like the varied nature of the show’s many branches, Ben 10 has graced the world of video games several times and in several guises. His most recent escapade, Ben 10: Omniverse 2, was released in 2013.
