Report: Activision could settle with Zampella/West

The court case between Activision and former Infinity Ward owners Jason West and Vince Zampella has been delayed amidst rumours of an out-of-court settlement.

LA Times reports that, as on Tuesday, the commencement of legal proceedings were delayed yesterday as both parties “spent most of the morning talking behind closed doors in conference rooms at a Los Angeles Superior Court building”.

Five attorneys for Activision then spent around an hour in private discussions.
