UK developer Supermassive Games is to pit industry professionals against each other in a gaming contest for charity next month.
Returning after a successful debut last year, the Games Night Challenge is in support of the GamesAid charity, and will see a number of teams compete in FIFA and FPS tournaments.
Teams already expected to join in on the fun come studios from studios and organisations such as Lionhead, The Creative Assembly, The European Gaming League and Rodeo.
The Games Night will take place on April 25th from 6:30pm at the Guildford Mandolay hotel.
As well as the competitions, there will also be a range of classic arcade consoles at the event, including a Sega Rally twin cabinet, as well as food, music and a bar.
The entry price for those looking to test their FIFA skills against their peers is £100 for a team of three, and the FPS tournament will cost £100 per team for a group of four.
Supermassive is welcoming attendees who do not want to enter a tournament, with an entry price of £5 at the door. This also includes entry into a raffle.
Last year’s Games Night, which saw teams compete in both FIFA and Rock Band competitions, managed to raise £2,000 for charity.
