Yes, there’s a man queuing for Call of Duty: Black Ops II already

It’s nearly Friday! What will you be doing this weekend? Out with your mates? A spot of Christmas shopping with your other half?

Us? Oh, we’ll be sitting outside HMV in a tent waiting for a game to be released next week.

We’re joking, of course. We’ve got Taylor Pelling to wait for us.

That’s a joke too. What’s not a joke is that 19 year old Mr Pelling from Sutton in Surrey is in fact already queuing outside of HMV’s Oxford Street store awaiting the release of Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Next Tuesday. On November 13th. That’s five days. Four sleeps. Five if you include last night (he arrived yesterday just after 5pm).

He’s got a tent. But he also appears to be wearing shorts. And he wants to be an actor.

Now, Mr Pelling should be warned that while the forecast for tonight and tomorrow isn’t too bad, it’s going to be bloody cold on Saturday. With some light rain in the morning and afternoon. Sunday looks nice however, although Monday brings mixed news – quite warm, but also a bit wet.

Taylor, a media student studying at St Mary’s in Twickenham, but with aspirations to become an actor, is spending the time wrapped up in his tent playing games and watching his favourite TV shows on his tablet,” an HMV spokesperson told us.

HMV are doing their best to look after such an avid customer – providing breakfast and refreshments over the next few days and giving him 24-hour store access for any personal needs. Activision are also supplying him with a bumper Call of Duty goodybag to be going on with, although, obviously, on the launch night itself Taylor can expect to be rewarded further for his fantastic commitment and dedication.”

Serious question – how’s he charging up his tablet?
