Game journalism jobs: Develop seeks US writer

Develop is seeking aspiring student writers to complement our news team in the UK. Applicants must be based in North America and demonstrate a talent for writing sharp copy fast.

This is a paid position and an excellent opportunity for new writers to cut their teeth in journalism and decorate their resumes. You’ll be writing for an industry that moves at an exhilarating pace, where hard work and good research will yield stories with real impact.

There are also similar positions available at MCV, Mobile Entertainment and Audio Pro International.

"Develop is already the dominate online trade news source for the community it serves, but we now want to extend our coverage to 24 hours a day,” said Stuart Dinsey, Develop publisher and Intent Media managing director.

“To do this we are seeking young talent, preferably enthusiasts or students who are keen to play a part in delivering the fastest and best information for our always-on readership.”
