Ben Grant resigns from GAME Australia

GAME Australia marketing director Ben Grant has announced his resignation today, and is hoping to move from retail to publishing.

Grant began his career at GAME as a buyer in the UK, and has decided to move on after 15 years of service, effective after the close of GAME’s financial year at the end of January 2012.

Grant told MCV Pacific: Having worked in specialist gaming retail for 15 enjoyable years, I feel it is time for a change, primarily to challenge myself further and also broaden my skill sets. My preference is to jump across to the other side of the desk, and join a publisher or developer.”

GAME is a fantastic company to work for, which is why I have stayed for 15 years, but now it is time for a fresh challenge.”
