Sonic Generations gets UK release date

Sega has announced a release date for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions of Sonic Generations in the UK.

VG247 reports that both SKUs will hit retail on November 4th, three days after they are released in the US.

The 3DS version has not yet been dated and is still down for simply ‘November’.

The game itself takes the lead from Sonic’s 20th Anniversary, and touches on past titles dating all the way back to the 1991 original. A host of recognisable scenes will be playable in both 2D and 3D.

Several iterations of the Sonic character will also be available, complete with the move set that has slowly evolved over the years.
