Zombie Cow game prohibited due to â??inherently sexual natureâ??

Microsoft bans vagina game

Microsoft will not approve the XBLA release of Zombie Cow’s ‘sex education’ title Privates.

The game, which is set in various body parts including genitals, was commissioned by Channel 4’s Education Department to educate young people of sexually transmitted diseases.

“Ultimately Microsoft advised that the game wouldn’t pass the Indie Games Peer Review process, purely due to its inherently sexual nature,” said Dan Marshall of Zombie Cow Studios.

Marshall said the studio previously assumed Microsoft would place a ban on the game. The PC version is unaffected by the matter.

“Since launch, we’ve been working flat-out on the PC version of Privates, improving it and getting it running on as many different systems as possible,” he added.
