Modern Warfare 2 slashed to £17.99

Headlining this week’s Mega Monday at online retailer Zavvi is a quite unbelievable offer – the Xbox 360 version of Activision’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 for just 17.99.

The game, which five months on from its release is still riding high in the ELSPA GfK Chart-Track All Formats Top 40, is loved amongst retailers for its rare ability to hold onto much of its launch value throughout its unusually long life on the High Street.

Other notable offers in Zavvi’s sale this week include Yakuza 3 (17.99), Resonance of Fate (17.99), Red Steel 2 (17.95) and Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (12.95).

Also on offer is the upcoming Lost Planet 2, which can be pre-ordered as part of the sale for 27.45.
