UK CHARTS: Wii Fit claims 12th number one

Nintendo’s Wii Fit is enjoying its third straight week at the top of the ELSPA GfK-ChartTrack All Formats Top 40 this week, brining the total amount of number ones enjoyed by the title to 12 – with eight coming in 2009.

EA’s The Godfather II manages to hold on to second spot, despite suffering a similar drop in sales of 32 per cent, but better news for the publisher comes in the shape of FIFA 09, which climbs two places to clinch third position.

Elsewhere in the listings, 2KPlay’s Carnival: Funfair Games does well to re-enter the Top Ten in tenth place. At the bottom end of the charts Nintendo’s DS outing Mystery Case Files: Millionheir sneaks back in to claim 34th whilst Ubisoft’s Imagine: Doctor enters the charts in 39th.
