Zed buys Flash games developer Mobitween

Spanish mobile D2C firm Zed has made a big move into the Flash and casual games space with the acquisition of Mobitween.

The phone giant’s swoop for the French developer and publisher of Flash based content brings with it more than 100 in-house titles, and numerous agreements with carriers in Europe and the US including Verizon Wireless and Orange Group.
