Rival Kingdoms and Samurai Siege dev among 15 of the UK’s fastest growing start-ups

Space Ape selected for Tech City’s Future 50

UK developer Space Ape Games has been selected as one of the companies to take part in Tech City’s Future 50 program.

The program is aimed at the most promising growth-stage digital companies, and gives them access to government and private sector expertise in order to drive their growth. It will also help them establish links with key UK investors and work towards IPO readiness and worldwide expansion.

Companies that have previously taken part in the program include Just Eat, Zoopla and Skyscanner.

Space Ape, best known for mobile games Samurai Siege and this year’s Rival Kingdoms, is one of the the UK’s 15 fastest growing start-ups selected for the latest Future 50.

"At Space Ape we’ve always believed London was the best place to build our global business and we’re honoured to be selected for the Future 50, alongside such a prestigious list of companies" said co-founder and COO Simon Hade. 

"We’re really excited to be part of the program as we continue to grow, attract the best developers from around the world and deliver on our pipeline of epic new games." 

Space Ape also made it to No.81 in this year’s Develop 100, ranking the world’s most successful games studios. Check out the full list here.
