Publisher apologies and promises to continue addressing persistent bugs

Warner offers fresh Batman: Arkham Knight PC refunds

Warner Bros is offering yet more refunds for unhappy Batman: Arkham Knight customers as problems with the game persist.

The PC version had finally been re-released last week, four months after it was removed from sale due to numerous bugs rendering the game unplayable for many. But despite becoming available for sale again, some players are still reporting issues with the title.

In response, Warner has now apologised for the situation and is offering refunds for all unhappy PC customers until the end of 2015, regardless of time played. Season passes can also be refunded along with the main game, but not separately.

The publisher added that it would “continue to address the issues that we can fix and talk to you about the issues that we cannot fix”.

“We are very sorry that many of our customers continue to be unhappy with the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight,” read a statement.

“We worked hard to get the game to live up to the standard you deserve but understand that many of you are still experiencing issues. Until the end of 2015, we will be offering a full refund on Batman: Arkham Knight PC, regardless of how long you have played the product. You can also return the Season Pass along with the main game (but not separately).”
