PlayStation Now game streaming launches in UK

Sony’s game streaming service PlayStation Now has officially launched in the UK.

The service had entered into beta in June, but is now open to all. PlayStation Now can be accessed through a PS4, PS3, Vita and PlayStation TV. It is also available on select Sony 2015 TVs, Blu-ray players and Samsung Smart TVs.

Monthly subscriptions are priced at £12.99. Individual games can also be rented for £2.99. Newcomers can test out the service with a seven-day free trial.

At the time of writing there are 148 games accessible as part of a subscription, including Batman: Arkham City, Assassin’s Creed III, The Last of Us, XCOM: Enemy Within, Grid 2 and the Uncharted series.
