MCV AWARDS 2014: GAME celebrates double victory

The resurgence of GAME continued last night as the retailer took home two prizes at the MCV Awards.

GAME was given the nod as Specialist Retailer of the year. Under the guidance of Martyn Gibbs, the firm spent the past 12 months revamping its stores and introducing a wide variety of digital products to its offering.

The firm also fought off fierce competition from PlayStation and Xbox to win the Community Engagement prize for its nationwide lock-in and midnight launch events, along with its highly engaging social media program.
