Guitar Hero, DJ Hero and Band Hero DLC to be taken down at end of March

Activision has announced that all Guitar Hero, DJ Hero and Band Hero DLC is to be taken offline later this month.

Fans have until March 31st to get their hands on downloadable content for the music titles, as well as the Guitar Hero mobile game.

Players need not worry though – servers for the titles will remain online and any previously purchased content will remain available.

Activision has discounted certain songs by 50 per cent on PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and Wii until the end of the month. Furthermore, the Guitar Hero iOS game has been reduced to 69p.
