GameStop grabs exclusive McFarlane Assassin’s Creed Gauntlet

A replica Assassin’s Creed Gauntlet will be offered in the US exclusively through GameStop.

Kotaku got some hands-on time with the Edward Kenway’s Hidden Blade Gauntlet, which is made by collectibles specialist McFarlane.

As seen in the game series, the device straps to a user’s wrist and produces a hidden blade from under the hand. Of course, being a toy the leather is actually plastic and the blade is rubber, but still…

The accessory will retail for $39.99 and should be up for pre-order soon on GameStop’s US site. There’s no word yet on whether the retailer’s UK arm will be offering it on this side of the Atlantic.
