Call of Duty on Vita to get big Gamescom showing next week

Activision and Sony will finally reveal more about Call of Duty Black Ops: Declassified at Gamescom next week.

At E3, all the two firms offered up was a logo – yet the clock is ticking on a game that is not only out in a matter of months, but hugely important to the health of SCE’s burgeoning portable games platform.

You can really expect us to deliver a true Call of Duty experience,” Michael Sportouch, Activision’s European VP and GM of the Santa Monica business unit, told MCV.

We are really excited about the opportunities that the Vita could offer us in terms of connecting with a new audience.”
