Indian retailer Game4U introduces rewards program

Indian specialist games retailer Game4U has introduced a military-themed customer loyalty and rewards program called Team Elite.

A purchase worth Rs 450 or more at one of Game4U’s eight stores across India or its online store qualifies the customer for Team Elite membership. The membership kit includes a personalised membership card, which will carry all reward data and can also be used as a prepaid card for store purchases.

Members will earn reward points in the form of Ammo, which can be redeemed during future purchases at Game4U. One unit of Ammo is equivalent to Re 1. The Team Elite program consists of three tiers – Alpha, Bravo, and Delta, where moving to a higher level will earn members extra Ammo on purchases.

Aside from earning Ammo, Team Elite members will also qualify for additional benefits such as preorder bonuses, exclusive pre-sale previews, and Game4u merchandise.

Game4U is the retail arm of Indian game distributor Milestone Interactive. The chain recently expanded its operations in north India with two stores in Gurgaon.
