You’ll have to wait an extra three months to play the next shooter from Borderlands creator Gearbox.
Battleborn, a character-focused shooter that includes both a campaign and multiple 10-player online modes, was originally planned to launch on February 9th.
Now, the PC, PS4 and Xbox One game will hit shelves on May 3rd, as announced during Take-Two’s recent earnings report.
The title includes split-screen support, as well as a single-player mode. But the focus of the game is on its MOBA-like multiplayer.
It’s being developed by the team behind Borderlands 2, and is said to draw on several of that game’s defining elements, such as stylised visuals, co-op and first-person gunplay.
