Analytics firm Newzoo partners with Fnatic for access to valuable eSports data

Amsterdam-based video game industry research firm Newzoo BV has announced that it is partnering with Euorpean eSports organization Fnatic as part of a plan to expand its data insights in the rapidly growing professional competitive gaming scene. Fnatic has professional teams in several of the biggest eSports games, includingLeague of Legends,Counter-Strike: Global Offensive,Dota 2and others.

Newzoo has already published several reports analyzing eSports data, such as a recent one where itoutlined key issues that will impact the growth of the industryover the next few years. Now, Newzoo hopes that the partnership with Fnatic will allow it to delve even deeper into professional gaming from a front row seat.
