CoD site confirms Black Ops II name via morse code

With just hours until its official announcement, we should probably just sit back and stop scrutinising the Call of Duty website.

But where’s the fun in that?

Besides, if we all adopted that attitude then we wouldn’t know that the loading circle that flickers briefly into view when the site is first accessed contains a small line of morse code.

And that code, according to gaming whizzkids reported on Kotaku, translates into the following – Black Ops II.

It’s not the most shocking revelation, of course. In fact, we think we already know when the game will be released – November 13th. We also know that the game will be set in the near-future.

And that it will sell by the bucket-load.
