Command & Conquer MMO is coming

EA has announced a brand new free-to-play MMO in the Command & Conquer series.

Called Command & Conquer: Tiberium Alliances is set in the established Tiberium universe. It promises cross-platform play across devices thanks to its browser-based design.

We’re hoping to deliver an experience that will allow our loyal fans to play their favorite franchise anywhere they go, while introducing the exciting world of Tiberium to new players.”

A closed beta for the game kicks off tomorrow (Thursday December 4th). You can sign up for the beta here.

Another new C&C title, Command & Conquer Generals 2, was announced at the weekend. It will be developed at one of the new BioWare studios.
