Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate swooping onto consoles and PC

Warner has announced a console and PC release for former handheld exclusive Batman: Arkham Origins Blackgate.

The game was previously released for Vita and 3DS but is now making the jump to Xbox 360, PS3, Wii U and PC in the form of a Deluxe Edition priced at 15.99.

The 2.5-D gameplay comes complete with a new map and hint system as well as 5.1 surround sound. An exclusive Zero Year Batsuit skin is available to those who register for and link to a Warner Bros IS account.

The game, set after the events of Batman: Arkham Origins, takes place in Blackgate Prison with the Caped Crusader tasked with bringing calm to the chaos. By hitting people.
