New Alien IP coming to Xbox One and PS4 later this year

Creative Assembly reveals Alien: Isolation

Total War developer Creative Assembly has revealed its long in-development Alien title.

Called Alien: Isolation, the atmospheric survival horror game tells the story of Ellen Ripley’s daughter Amanada, as she investigates her mother’s disappearance following the events of the first Alien film.

Players will explore what is described as an ‘increasingly volatile world’, and will need to scavenge resources to complete missions and stay alive. The game attempts to evoke the atmosphere and tension of the original movie.

The title is currently set for release later this year on PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, Xbox One and PC.
