Deadly Premonition pricing blunder

A pricing error on the Xbox Live Games On Demand service has seen quirky survival horror release Deadly Premonition listed for the wrong price.

The game was supposed to go live for 14.99 but a mistake means it is currently available for 19.99.

"There has been some discrepancy with the cost of Deadly Premonition on Xbox Live," publisher Rising Star Games told Eurogamer. "This problem is currently being rectified. We would advise not to purchase the title at this current time."

Deadly Premonition has become somewhat of a cult favourite in industry circles, with insiders referring to it as "the Twin Peaks" of video games.
