FIFA 15 demo sets EA Sports record

5.5m individuals tried out the demo offering of FIFA 15, EA Sports has announced.

EA gathered the figure from those who tried the offering on one or more” platform (including PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One), with the download now representing the most ever played” demo product in the studio’s history.

We believe we have built a game in FIFA 15 that delivers the most immersive and responsive gameplay experience ever in the FIFA franchise,” EA Sports VP and GM David Rutter said.

FIFA 15 is available today in North America, and later this week in Europe.
