Grasshopper names Kinect title Diabolical Pitch

Quirky Japanese games developer Grasshopper Manufacture has revealed the true identity of its Kinect title formerly known as Codename D – Diabolical Pitch.

Eurogamer reports that the game combines the undead and baseball. Players will pitch the ball and swing the bat in an effort to dispose of zombies. Two players will be supported.

Apparently the title has been in development for over a year and Microsoft will be touting it as another example of core gaming on its motion camera.

Diabolical Pitch is due out on Xbox Live before the end of the year.
