Master Chief freebie for Halo Anniversary pre-orders

Microsoft has announced a fan-pleasing giveaway for customers who pre-order for Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary Edition, which is due out in the UK on November 15th.

Chiefly, gamers who commit to buying the title will receive a green MJOLNIR Powered Assault Armour – as sported by the Master Chief himself – for their Xbox 360 avatar.

Also offered is a Grunt Funeral Skull”. Available only to pre-orderers, once activated in-game it sets off a chain reaction causing the Grunt’s methane tanks to explode.
