Mojang's world-building hit continues selling on new platform

Minecraft PS3 sells one million copies

Minecraft has already sold one million copies on PS3 following its launch on PlayStation Network in December.

The indie hit easily achieved the milestone in what would have typically been adverse circumstances. The version arrived late in the holiday season (a week before Christmas), and long after the game’s release on competing platforms.
