A new Rock Band effort is reportedly in the works for Sony and Microsoft’s latest consoles.
Bloomberg has word from a source familiar with Harmonix’s plan that the franchise will be resurrected on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, though there’s not much other relevant info being leaked at the moment beyond the platform info.
A small batch of new DLC arrived on Rock Band 3 last month, and the studio has since sent out a survey to gauge interest in a potential franchise reboot.
Harmonix has yet to comment on the report.
