VIDEO: Assassin’s Creed III trailer showcases new engine

Ubisoft has released its newest Assassin’s Creed III trailer that showcases the AnvilNext engine.

The engine allows in-game changing of seasons and battles with thousands of soldiers. The trailer also shows off the impressive animation style that sees over 1,000 new animations for just the hero alone.

Assassin’s Creed III changes its setting once again from Italy to America and follows new hero Connor during the American Revolution.

Assassin’s Creed III is out this October on Xbox 360 and PS3. The PC version has been delayed and is yet to be dated.
