Xbox Live gets MSN content

Xbox 360 owners have been given access to MSN editorial content today.

Microsoft has integrated its MSN entertainment news portal onto the Xbox Live Dashboard. It will sit in the Inside Xbox area.

Only gold subscribers will be able to view the new editorial channels which provide news in the world of celebrities, films and music.

MSN Celebrity offers video interviews with stars, while MSN Music delivers the latest music videos, interviews and downloadable songs. MSN Movies features the latest trailers, film listings and celebrity photos.

Microsoft has traditionally kept its lifestyle editorial offering on www.msn.com and used its Inside Xbox section to provide gaming news, features and interviews.

Xbox Live has integrated a variety of other services over the past few years including Twitter, Facebook and Sky Player.
