Could Red Dead Redemption actually be coming to PC?

A Microsoft PC compatibility listing on the Windows website has offered fresh hope that Red Dead Redemption could yet receive a PC port.

Whereas Rockstar chose to port Grand Theft Auto IV to PC and even released Max Payne 3 on PC alongside consoles, there’s been no hint that the 2010 Wild West will make a similar transition.

However, as spotted by NeoGAF, a PC version of Red Dead is listed on the Windows compatibility site. An error? Probably. But Take Two’s financial results are published tonight…

… which will also excite those whoa re still convinced that Grand Theft Auto V will be coming to PC, too.
