Crytek’s next game? A puzzle title for smartphones

Crytek, the Frankfurt headquartered triple-A studio famous for its work on PC and console, has revealed its first dedicated smartphone title.

The new project, called Fibble Flick ‘n’ Roll, is a physics-based puzzle title that is due for a Spring 2012 release.

Crytek has not yet announced a smartphone edition of its CryEngine, though the company has in the past made several indications that it will eventually support mobiles with its tech.

Going mobile is an incredibly exciting step for us as a game development company,” said Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli.
