DanceStar Party details emerge

GAMESCOM: Sony has released new details about the upcoming DanceStar Party.

The game is being developed by the team behind the SingStar series, and Sony claims this title will have a similar impact to its sister franchise.

"DanceStar Party is not just another dancing game, just as SingStar wasn’t just another singing game," said Michael Denny, SVP of Sony Worldwide Studios Europe.

The title will feature 40 songs and videos by the official artists, with more to be made available via download.

It will also feature a dance creator mode that lets players set their own routines.
