Dhoom 3: The Game racks up 10 million downloads on mobile

The mobile game based on Bollywood film Dhoom 3 has crossed the 10 million downloads mark, publisher 99Games has announced.

Dhoom 3: The Game, which is available on iOS, Android, Windows Phone, Blackberry and feature phones, took three months to reach the landmark figure.

It also holds the distinction of being the first game made by an Indian developer to exceed one million downloads on the Windows Phone Store.

Dhoom 3: The Game is a free-to-play endless motorcycle title that sees players racing through the streets of Chicago as they evade the pursuing ACP Jai Dixit, a character from the film.

The game was developed and published by 99Games under a multi-year, multi-title partnership with Yash Raj Films.
