Dignitas must sell its European League of Legends team

After running into some legal issues by owning twoLeague of LegendsLCS qualified teams, Team Dignitas was forced to sell off at least one by Riot Games.

A month-long bidding war for the two teams finally ended with Team Dignitas making the decision to sell off its European counterpart. The buyer is still undisclosed at this point and no official announcement has been made regarding the specifics. However, there’s some speculation that the EuropeanLeague of Legendsteam was sold for nearly $1 million, according to the Daily Dot.
