Dragon Quest Heroes confirmed for PS4 in Europe

Square Enix has confirmed a European and North American release for Dragon Quest: Heroes.

The game is released on PS4 and PS3 in Japan this week, but will be a PS4 exclusive in the West. It will be released physically and digitally.

Dragon Quest Heroes is a spin-off to the main RPG series that is developed by Koei Tecmo’s Dynasty Warriors team alongside Dragon Quest creator Yuji Horii. It takes a more action-orientated approach than other games in the series.

It’s the first game in the series since Dragon Quest VIII: Journey of the Cursed King to be released on a PlayStation platform. DQIX was a DS title – and the first to be localised for the West – while DSX was a Japan-only Wii release.
