Dragonborn trademark filed by ZeniMax

A month after submitting applications for the Skyrim Dragonborn saying ‘Fus Ro Dah’, Bethesday parent company ZeniMax Media has filed another trademark for the term Dragonborn itself.

Fusible reports the application was submitted on May 15th.

Goods and services within the filing include computer/console game software and downloadable software offered via the web.

ZeniMax just recently sent a copyright infringement notice to the creator of the Dragon Shout app.

Skyrim’s Dawnguard DLC was announced earlier this month by Bethesda, and is set to arrive this summer on Xbox 360.
