IGN backs London Games Conference 2011

Media giant IGN has signed up as gold sponsor for the London Games Conference.

The November 10th event brings together 300 games industry execs to hear from innovative businesses and opinion formers in the digital games space.Keynotes this year come from GameStop and Valve, with Eidos life president Ian Livingstone, Microsoft Game Studios Europe creative director Peter Molyneux and Sega’s John Clark also set to deliver talks.

Other sessions on the agenda look at which firms will not survive the digital transition, what the industry can learn from the music business, and how deeply security compromises have impacted publishers. More headline speakers and the full schedule will be announced next week.
